I've had no broadband connection at home since Thursday! Now I discover that my ISP has an overseas call centre & I have abeen asked the same questions so many times, I can repeat then in my sleep! I hope it's sorted soon.
Now to see if I can get into BCUK at work.

This is exactly what ive had to deal with since August! I've given up and im just putting up with the crappy connection (although since installing IE 7 ive found i can view my LJ Flist a lot easier using tabs lol)....

I am soooo pissed off (pardon my french) with bloody oversea's call centres!!!!!!!
