I got my BP down from high to normal in 6 months through a programme of walking, walking and running then running. I'm sure that more moderate exercise would be able to bring it down in a year. I'm not THAT fit still. Mine helped with my confidence and IBS, too.
{{{{{hugs}}}}} I'm a bit like you hon, hence i havent got any RL friends either, but, saying that, i force myself to do things "socially" that arent really me (although there is no way you'd ever get me to dance lol). I dont know what the answer is, and like you, im beginning to think its too late.
