there's no way to petition something by email
but the site was real
i saw it b4 it was shut down
and by the way
it was shut down 3 years ago so theres no use in even signing the fake petition

you could petition by e-mail, actually. You could forward mails to many people and have them sent back with a name, and if sent to someone in a high place, you'd probably be able to trace the e-mails back and forth and so be able to tell that they actually were 'signed.'

and the site is still there, I visited it five seconds ago.

i meant they closed it down a while ago
then the person opened it back up after stuff was all settled
it used to show greusome photos of dead cats and stuff
