Fic where they control the weather

I'm looking for a fic where Jon is human, but the rest of them are all magical being. It is Brendon 3rd person POV, or maybe 1st, but Ryan is very powerful and the land around them is dying because he is very sick. The whole fic is about Brendon coming into their home and trying to save Ryan.
