A contrast of only eight days could hardly be any more obvious. All my love, admiration, adoration, enthusiasm and whatnot about Winter aside... I am not quite totally ready for what I had to witness today. Honestly, Winter. A few more weeks at least? :)

No, no frost at all. Today was the first day with temperatures a few degrees above freezing.

Here our winters are rain and wind. We've had a small bit of that so far with more expected before the week is over. But there have been beautiful days lately for the most part.
