Recipe please for the seafood tortellini stuffing....

Olive oil - some parsley, one full pod of garlic, some good fish fillet and crabs.... cook for a few minutes, add some salt, remove garlic, process it all and then add eggs.

So you make your own pasta sheets (or whatever you call them)? What exactly does that little machine do, roll out the sheets?

Yup, we made our own pasta. And machine did roll it, so we were able to cut, shape and fill it. :)
