One of the best ways to research literary agents is to follow them on Twitter. It can help you discover if your dream agent is all she or he seems-or if different agent might be a better fit. That's a good idea (following them on Twitter) -- I've read blogs too, which also give some good insight into tastes and working styles. :)

Yeah, I totally agree about blogs. I can't imagine what querying was like before these resources.
