Sounds like you need to add something to your schedule to re-energize you. Do you work out? Run, anthing like that? That might be a great time for it, assuming you're past the 'Oh my god I want to die when I'm done' stage of a physical routine.

Failing that, try to think up a reward for yourself, something to hype up about as you're getting in.

Or, you could always just be less of an overachieving super-employee and try to avoid burning out, but I get the impression that would be the hardest of the three. :)

I second the question about exercise. I find that regular exercise is very important to staving off depressive states for me.

And I get the feeling the work thing is some sort of blood sugar thing as well as traffic.
