Hey all :) Since there seem to be a lot of sensitives around this comm, I'd like your opinion on something.

The last few months, I and several other intuitives have worked very hard on setting up an online school where people can take (free) courses of a few months to learn about the meta-intuitive, how they can start using their own intuition

It can be reallly difficult to avoid energy vampires from leeching off you, whether it be people or entities. I've found that the first and foremost step is to get really familiar with your own energy, your own emotions and reactions, and to learn to distinguish what is yours and not. There's also several shielding and grounding exercises that help a lot

What i really see as a need is to be aware of the energies around you and to be able to learn grounding and shielding. The basics, really.

i didn't know how to ground until i got my Reiki I.

Agreed. So many people don't know how to use even a simple tool like grounding, and I've seen that just hours after learning how to use it, people start feeling better :) Basics are important.

They taught you grounding at your Reiki I? Nice! Wish more Reiki schools would do that.

My Master Teacher is incredible. She mostly does one-on-one teaching, though, so in all honesty, i believe that she tailors the instruction to the individual.
