I actually somewhat agree with you on Pirates. I love the movie for the most part, and actually had no problems figuring out everyone's agenda (and predicting what would happen from the backstabbings). However, I absolutley loathe the ending. That is the one thing about the entire movie that bugged me.

It bugged me enough to stick in my mind on how the hell they could do that to the characters for two days. I just could not stop thinking about that, and what effect it would have on a real life couple. I really hit me in a weird way.

Ian was into Warhammer for awhile. He has a bucket full of painted figures and supplies, but never did anything with them.
