I have been running on empty for alittle while and I only just noticed it today. for the last week and a half or so I have been waking up in the night for anywhere between thirty mins to an hour several times a night. I dont know if I have gotten 4 hours of sleep even if they were an interupted four hours in the last week. Im not tired really

and your workin yourself too hard....
well from atleast what i hear....you need to take a breather....here and there....and not just on sat nights....sundays.....
cut back a few hrs at the coffee shop...or else you will drive yourself more CRAZY!!.....
