Telepathy: This is probably the power that Catty has the most ease/control over, besides her time travel. She can easily read thoughts on a whim, and she can be very whimsical about reading thoughts. Those who have less mental defenses will probably never even notice it, and she barely skims further than surface thoughts unless she thinks she needs to.
Memory Manipulation: A power she would rarely use unless it suits her purposes. She basically shuffles already existing memories back, so that the person "forgets" or she can implant new memories.
Soul Possession: Possibly the most unstable and unused of her abilities. Basically, Catty is able to suck out a person's soul and trap it in one of her own memories. And yes, it's as horrible as it sounds.
