Riku should have known Sora was being too quiet for it to be true. By the time he really noticed this, he realized that he'd lost his friend somewhere between then and when they'd arrived at Twilight Town. This was a great way to start off college-- except not

Sora followed Zexion's directions and got a map from the train station before wondering back in town again to try and find Riku. "h'es probably ditched me and gone to the school by now." He says with a sigh. "But I'll give is a shot anyway." He mutters into his map and looks around for an angry face and a flash of silver hair.

Eventually his stomach got the better of him and he makes his way to a near by cafe and finally sees what he's looking for. "It's always when you're ready to stop looking that you find what you seek." He says from where he was standing behind Riku.

Riku had ordered iced coffee, but it nearly went down the wrong tube when he heard the voice he'd been looking for for some time. He whirled around, giving his friend a half-hearted glare. "Where the hell have you been?" he asked.

Obviously lost, but he was expecting a better answer than that.

"I was lost, obviously." Sora says a little bluntly at first, he had been worried about Riku just as much as Riku worried about him. Though Sora was glad to see Riku didn't yet throw in the towel and head to the school without him. The smaller boy holds the map from the train station in front of him as if it were a little shield , which it was sort of. It kept the amused grin he felt growing on his lips hidden from Riku's eyes. "I lost track of you in the crowd. I looked down for a second and you were gone." He says sounding calmer now and looking up through his spiky bangs.

"And besides... I found the train station..." He offers, holding the map a little higher as if it were a peace offering.

Grasping one end of the map, Riku lowered it down so that his friend was visible again, smirking. "Good job, Sora, but now we have to find the university," he answered.

He was relieved that he didn't have to go hunting him down now, but if he lost him on the way to the university, he was going to choke him out-- or something to that effect, but not quite so severe.

Sora yells out when his feet snag and he stumbles forward onto his knees and braces himself with his hands 'cause his hot chocolate to fall over on Riku's pant leg. "ACK! I hate hate when you do that!" He grabs Riku's leg and easily pulls it out from under him.

Riku got in a short laugh before the hot chocolate splashed against his leg and sent a wave of heat against it. He got out a 'gah!' when it hit, and barely even that before he hit the ground. He blinked a couple times, then propping himself up on his elbows, finding himself laughing at Sora again anyway.

"You had it coming," he retorted, sitting up and giving Sora an elbow to the ribs.

"How'd I have that coming?! Look! your leg got the best of my drink you jerk." Sora doesn't even seem to notice the elbow to the ribs, it took much more to 'cause Sora pain. Pushing up on his hands he easily knocks Riku back to the ground in sits on him. "You are a total jerk you know that?" He tries his best to sound truly mad but Riku kept laughing which was taking it's toll on Sora. "Shut up!" He does a tiny bounce on Riku before untying his shoes. People were staring at them on the ground laughing like idiots.

"Oof!"

Sora's attempt to sound really mad had only made Riku laugh harder and on top of that, he currently didn't seem to care about the funny looks they were gathering. "Heh, tough love, Sora," he said with a snicker, reaching up and ruffling the other boy's hair some.
