Distinct lack of posting on my part. So... they've started knocking on my neighbours doors and asking about me. This is both exciting and holy-shit-scary-cause-this-is-finally-happening.

Also, my gf rocks cause she got me pillowcases with an amp and fender strat that totally show the patch cord going from one to the other. SO COOL!

So, our road has been entirely torn up because it needs a new curb and repaving. This has led to a lot of neighbourly bonding over the frustration of having to park far from home and walking through a disaster area, often with groceries and other heavy objects. Ugh. It is really fucking frustrating to have a 35 year old YOUNGER brother. 

Oh man, I have got the biggest itch to get my weapon training going again. I miss playing with my sais. But I'm not really sure where or how I can do that. Plus, not sure if I'd be allowed to carry them if I ever get a uniform, lol. That'd be so cool though. Seriously. Crime rates would drop. 

The RCMP recruiters have now called AND emailed me about my application. They really want the last of my forms. Which is rather encouraging actually. Now I just need my back to be ok and I can hopefully do the PARE soon... like in a few weeks soon. Hopefully. Please?

Argh, so my back has made little to no improvement in the last week or so despite x-rays, chiro, and some kind of electro-shock thats supposed to deaden the nerves. So. That means canceling my enrollment in the PARE testing on the 24th because I really don't want to think about what will happen when I run an obstacle course in this condition.
