That first AU is so hopeless, I really felt for poor Anakin. :( I would totally be curious to see more in that 'verse, though.

And lol, I can really see Anakin being one of the few Jedi that really could convince someone he was a legit customer for mind-altering substances. (I mean, he seems to be the only one Zan Arbor (was that her name? been years D: ) targets.

And that last one is so Anakin, it's the love that he fails with. Quinlan certainly seems to keep ahold of himself most of the time despite having a girlfriend. And there's no way Mace isn't getting some tail somewhere. Um.

I have a whole story in mind for the first 'verse, actually. It, uh, it doesn't get any better.

Yep, Zan Arbor. There are several canon instances where he kind of, uh, goes out of his way to be captured by her or her cohorts - I think with the way he feels the Force so strongly and is under such pressure to ~control his emotions~, mind-altering substances wouldn't be that big of a stretch.

Ha - well, y'know, even Obi-Wan's gotten some sweet lovin' on the side, but you don't see him turning to the Dark Side over it. Anakin can't separate love and sex and friendship and attachment, and he suffers for it.
