Aw, yeah, the best *worst* was saved for last - this makes me think that Obi-Wan really is someone to be rescued, always, because he can't pull himself up to 'competence,' as Qui-Gon said. Is waits for rescue a strength, because he has great faith that he will be rescued eventually, or a weakness, that he's not trying to get himself free at all? Is it simply realism, because Anakin has rescued him time and again and surely will come for him yet again? *thinks thinky thoughts, and feels more*
