I understand what it's like to deal with parents who don't remotely understand you. BOTH of my parents are Geminis. You can imagine...my dad acts like a frat boy and my mom talks about nail polish when i'm in the throes of a melancholic depression. i've come to accept the fact that they will never understand me...
..speaking of becoming a monk, there's this book i have, that i had to order from england actually, it's called "Suffering/No Suffering" by Varassak Varadhammo. I think you would love it, from what i've seen of your writing..I don't know if you're into Buddhism but it's more about philosphy. The chapters have titles like "Dhamma: The Realization of "Oneness" in the Universe" and "Sublime Living: Universal Peace." Check it out.

Thanks..my mom is a gemini as well...shes addicted to tabloids and and the hollywood stars lives. And I think she really thinks that the TV shows she watches are real.

My dad is a libra...but hes a leo rising pisces moon...sometimes hes prince charming other times i hear the line over and over again from the little mermaid "As long as you live under my ocean you will obey MY rules!"

Ugh...my brother and are are statring to level out..hes a sagittarius with a pisces moon...i myself have alot of sagittarius in my chart. I guess thats why my mouth gets me in bad. Like teh time I was at the Zoo and yelled Manetee Vagina as the cute 2 ton animal swam belly up agasint the glass lol...o well...its just me

HAHAHA that's funny about the manatee..yeah we'll definitely have to set something up for next time I visit lovely ohio. yeah, sometimes i get along with my mom because she has cancer rising, but other than that i don't. i can be so blunt too sometimes, i have mercury, venus, uranus and neptune all in sagittarius. (mars and jupiter = capricorn, saturn and pluto= scorpio) i can be really harsh sometimes..my libra rising does give me a better sense of tact though, even if it is a little superficial sometimes.
