What's a journal for?

A journal is for sharing your intimate thoughts. This could be thoughts about the day you just had, trivial or live shattering, to even deep philosophy about anything. Things you wouldn't normally just tell someone on the street, either because it has no reason to me discussed, or you simply don't want to share it ( Read more... )

I think everyone needs to release their personal thoughts at some point. It's the internal need to receive peer evaluation. There's nothing wrong with that ;-).

Exactly. My problem is I don't. I internalize it all, and I'm trying to stop that.

Isn't it strange how writing or typing things out help you clarify certain things in your life. And somethings you already knew.
