The Grand Fairy was busy looking the little spriteling up and down, up and down. "So you say you've been healing for great causes here." Trish's room was made of stained glass and crystal - a pool of running water rippled just underneath the semi-transparent floor, with waterfalls falling from nearby pillars. It was obvious she was making money in

The only thing they'd had a hard time with was getting roughed up. So, they had to do it themselves.
They didn't trash one another, but they did a number, that was for sure.
Ryu had to hold back, though. He didn't want to knock poor Wolf's head off his shoulders.
So.
With that (and the money) in mind, they headed back to Trish's.
Ryu hoped he didn't regret it.

Ah. Well. They had to be one hell of a sight, really-- no, he wasn't a world-class fighter [and Ryu could probably snap him in half if he really wanted to], but Wolf had one thing people didn't: claws.
But really, really, they weren't too bad. They certainly made it to Trish's... room... thing okay, at any rate!

"OH MY POOR SOULS~" Trish began, her voice melodious as she threw her arms wide. "WELCOME TO TRISH'S HEALING CATHEDRAL~" Oberon's face was at once flat and deadpan as it was unamused and unbelieving, but he crossed his arms and bided his time anyway. "I ASSUME YOUR ILLS ARE SO PERILOUS! LET ME HELP YOU!"
Fluttering over them, she tapped her wand on either of their heads, whispering as she passed by. "Make it a show."
"OH YOUR WOUNDS SO HEALED ARE THEY, THANK YOU~"

But he managed. Once his injuries healed... he made it as good a show as a socially retarded martial artist could.
"Thank you... oh great and compassionate faerie! Please uh, allow us to uh... donate this to you as a token of gratitude!
He gestured to Wolf, who actually had pockets and thus, most of the money.

This couldn't fucking be serious.
Wolf ducked his head on the pretext of bowing, choking. No way. No fucking way. Straightening up [and biting his tongue to keep a straight face, oh God this couldn't be serious-- ], he offered Trish the uh... 'hard-earned' however much it was. .|~

Which of course she really only needed a fraction of it.
"A donation. Thank you." She answered, in a confused half-whisper, and Oberon sighed, rolling his eyes.
"Enough, enough. The donations - the whole thing - Trish, you still have much to learn before you can return to the land of the fae."
Her eyes grew wild as she looked to Ryu, then to Oberon. "But, wait - it -"
But Oberon had disappeared in a puff of smoke.
Her hands tightened around the yen for a moment. "...You all don't know anything about this world, then?" She answered, flicking a glance over her shoulder in defeat. Fluttering behind her ice cream counter, she scooped out two scoops of double-chocolate fudge and began spooning it into her mouth in

Maybe this situation would teach her a little bit about what happens when you're greedy.
But somehow he doubted it.
"We are not from this world. The only thing we really know is what we have been told. For what it's worth, I'm sorry you are still stuck here."
Though in reality Ryu was a huge fan of actions having consequences. If she had been a bit kinder...

He offered no conolences for her being stuck, though. From the looks of it? She deserved every bit of it. [Not that he was really better, but the air up on those pedestals really messes with your head, you know?]

At the end, Ryu only shrugged.
"I know of Suou Katsuya, because he is the one that has been somewhat guiding us, and that there is someone named Maya out there somewhere. The rest of it... it is as a friend of mine said, it is Greek to me. Though Suou-san did mention the rumors having power thing, however. Other than that..." he shrugged again. "Well, there was this gnome-thing named Igor and his accomplices, who attacked us. That was uh, the original reason for the harm to your door."

Wolf's face was the perfect picture of UTTER CLUELESSNESS. [I guess that happens when your worlds don't really have anything in common? Like, Cthulu, what's that?] He just shook his head. Everything and everyone here was crazy, as far as he was concerned! Answers to questions that only brought more questions and such, right.

Ryu shook his head. "We went to Kuzunoha's agency but found it closed, so no luck there. Find light..." the last he kind of whispered. It niggled at him, like it was especially meaningful.
"What do we do now?"
