I called the vet this morning. Curly didn't make it through the night.

Oh Pat I'm so sorry... poor little guy- at least he was warm. You did all you could for him.

While we did do everything we could do, it appears it wasn't enough. He was the last of 4 kittens. It's frustrating. The vet said that feral kittens born in late fall and winter have a poor chance of survival. I can say this is true, given what I have seen over the last few years.

Aw poor little guy :( At least he got to be happy for a little while.
