So, I read this and realize that I can base my character off of a Final Fantasy game, or a Squaresoft game. I recently took part in a discussion about why they didn't put Chrono Trigger into KH. I think I may have to take some inspiration from that... How do you feel about direct character rips? I probably wouldnt take a main character, most likely a really minor character, like Blank from FFIX or some random character from Chrono Trigger. OH! If anyone doesnt mind Chrono Trigger spoilers, I'd be Gene before the thing happens... Gah. Wow. Endless possibilities. This is going to be awesome.

Direct character rips ARE okay, provided your backstory is ligit enough. Keep in mind that, in your case, you have to explain how you got a dang old Keyblade.
BTW,I'll look up Chrono Trigger on wikipedia to get an idea of who you are. I myself have never had the pleasure.
