The Gay Marriage Thing: Some Stories

I consider myself pretty deeply jaded, but this whole gay marriage thing has me a little spun. Being in SF right now, and knowing at least a dozen people who have officially married in the last few days, and having been to city hall today to see it all, I wanted to write a bit so I don’t forget. I’m also still sorting out my feelings around it all

It's like Gandhi went to Stonewall. For both moral and political reasons, This straight white guy is thrilled that San Francisco has decided to look the Neanderthals right in the eyes, and not back down. I hope this turns out to be as big as it feels.
