I heard the news on the radio this morning while driving in to work. It's like the final end of an era - and no matter how people felt about him personnally, he made great contributions to this country.

I'm a liberal Democrat, so I really appreciate all he did for this country.

First news I heard this morning on TV. It was shocking and sad, I knew he was sick but it was still a shock. As myownmuggle said, it felt like an era had come to a close...RIP indeed.
