Well, at least it's started. Now, you just have to wait. That's the part that sucks. I've got a friend out here who brews his own meads, beers and even rum if I remember right. It's excellent stuff.

It's a big thing for me, but I hate that I've let myself slack about it so much over the past year. I'm hoping that a slow fermentation process like mead will get me wanting to do more.
