Ouchy. I ache today :( I was helping Jess's pop with his extension work - the labourous stuff like moving half a ton of mud from front garden to back garden. Was fun! And painful :( But hey, I'm still going to help today....so it cant be that bad, or i have amnesia and I dont remember how bad it was yesterday
