it's too bad he's not doing a DC date :/ also, it's weird to me that these are all seated shows. I dunno, all three times I've seen him, it's been standing...

Yeah, the seated thing is making me hesitate to travel to LA or SF to see him. I might wait until he comes back for a full tour with a band. :(

I saw Amanda Palmer & Jason Webley seated & it was great. They packed the chairs away & then came out for a massive second encore for the smart people who had stuck around. Hoping something like this happens?

hmm, that's true, I'm sure it will still be fun. I ended up buying my ticket and flight this afternoon, so I'll be there for sure. ;)

I also noticed I didn't have an assigned seat, so I'm assuming it's on a first-come first-serve basis?? That's kind of a relief since I didn't want a shitty seat!

Oh boo. A solo Patrick Wolf show sounds like it would be fab, especially since it *would* be different from the other two times I've seen him live, but the cold hard truth is I'm not traveling all the way up to NYC for it. :( Just not feasible. I could do Philly or DC, but New York is a bit far. I hope he does an expanded tour of the US sometime in the next year. Or at least, one with a stop closer to ME, lol.
