C'mon, US Wolfpack, we are the sane, low-drama alternative to the Wolfboard over here on LJ. We should know each other better.

So, if you wish, copy/paste and answer:

Where are you coming from?

Which show(s) are you attending?

Will this be your first show and if not, what were your first (and last) shows?

Where are you coming from? Seattle

Which show(s) are you attending? Both LA nights and SF

Will this be your first show and if not, what were your first (and last) shows? This will only be my second time seeing him, last time was in Seattle in 2009 at El Corazon.

I CAN'T DECIDE. Too many to hope for.

And, to make it a bit of a friending meme, any other favorite artists, fandoms or hobbies?
All sorts of EDM (house, especially), Tori, Bjork, AFP, Laura Marling, The Naked and the Famous, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Metric & Gaga have been in rotation all year. Suggest something, I need new music, especially more music from men, it appears.

Doctor Who, Misfits, BBC's SHERLOCK, Wilfred, GoT, Archer, Black Books, British Quiz/panel shows. Suggest something, I need new entertainment.

Have any plans for before or after the show? If you're a local, have any tips for out of towners? No plans after, unless Patrick wants to party. I've never been to either town. Open to anything! Pre-LA, I ( ... )

Where are you coming from?
Brooklyn, NY. Hardly a trek.

Which show(s) are you attending?
17th September @ Le Poisson Rouge, NYC, one of my favourite venues.

Will this be your first show and if not, what were your first (and last) shows?
First show was 6th May 2004 at Pianos on the Lower East Side. I was underage, but was blessed with timing. The bouncer walked away from the door for just a moment. It's not like I drink, anyway. Last show was 23rd June 2009 at the Highline Ballroom and it was pure electricity.

I like the evenings he puts together most, honestly. Could do with hearing Divine Intervention, though. I've been watching it grow out of Peacock Skies for a few years.

Other favorite artists, fandoms or hobbies:
-Music: Andrew Bird, Young Galaxy, Beirut, St. Vincent, Hey Rosetta!, Austra, Dan Mangan, Wolf Parade, Frédéric Chopin, and Imogen Heap to name a few.

-Hobbies: Writing (contemporary fiction), hiking, video games (RPG, FPS, the merging of the two, puzzle, strategy), and ( ... )

Not sure. Some folk will be there at eight in the morning, I'm sure. I'd say an hour at most.

Have you heard Flo's What the Water Gave Me? I'm so glad it sounds like Florence + the Machine isn't going to be a pop princess after all.

If you haven't heard it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=am6rArVPip8&ob=av2e

Awesome photo, by the way.

Oh my goodness that song is AMAZING!!!! I saw her play at Bonnaroo (well, by "saw" I mean I sort of got a teeny glimpse of part of her dress at one point while I was squished in between lots of other people, but still...) and she played this amazing new song and I never figured out what it was...AND I THINK THAT WAS THE SONG!!! Thanks so much! I've been wondering what it was all summer! I'm a ridiculous dork about Florence! This made my day! And hahah true story, she can rock it like nobody's business! :)

And thank you! It's taken at this one huge beautiful cemetery in Brooklyn that I am forgetting the name of (but I know it has Green in the name!)
