I guess when i said "later this week", i really should've said "later today". They're ( Read more... )

Again THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I can't wait to listen to these. BTW, the link to "Paris (Song)" is linking to "London (talking and song" but I was able to find Paris by browsing your files.

Where were you sitting? What equipment did you use to record this? Were you around the same place both nights? I recorded most of the 1st night with my HD camcorder (until the battery went dead and I didn't have a spare) so I should have House soon if you'd like. I haven't gotten around to cutting up the video and audio yet.

Ah crap! And I even went through and clicked all the links to make sure they were right, I guess I accidentally copied the wrong link (again). Unfortunately I can't fix it now because I might completely mess up the HTML (the browser I'm using doesn't handle rich text), but I'll fix it later ( ... )

NICE! Sweet use of the technology. I didn't know that an iPod had that capability. It records in stereo 44.1KHz 16-bit PCM WAV or what? I've used Audacity as well. It's pretty nice for a free app, eh? But if recording with the iPod, how did you hook up a mic?

I have a 4th generation iPod, it has a built-in microphone. The second night was 44.1 kHz, I don't know what the first one was or anything more than that. I actually wasn't even planning on recording it, but then I decided to anyway and kept recording the entire thing, and was pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out. I had no idea it even worked until I got back to my hotel room. I only downloaded the 2nd version of the app (hours before the concert, down the street from the venue and stealing wifi) because it had the ability to send files by wifi- I didn't think I was going to be able to even get the first concert off my iPod, so I didn't want to use the same app for the second one. And yeah, I LOVE Audacity, I've made so many ringtones with it, haha.

Wish I was there for the second show! Kinda mad with myself for going home early and then I was too sick to go to field placement on Monday anyway. I should have just stayed in NYC. >_
