Is it a bad thing to not be outspoken much about your feelings or beliefs? To keep to yourself even though you have something to say?

OF COURSE. you should always speak your mind, esp. when it comes to how you feel or what you believe. you're a smart guy Parick, you knooow that. I know we arent the best of friends, but i definitely know what it feels like to want to keep everything inside. I'm always here, so give me a ring if you need someone to vent to or you just wanna chat. 641.9893.

Unfortunately, I'd have to say this is my biggest problem. I can never tell some people things I need to tell them. I'm right there with you on this one.

I think it's fine to keep some things to yourself. If you were outspoken all the time, you'd end up becoming one of those trite people who call everything amazing and say "I Love You" to anyone that gives them attention. You don't want to be that.

I would recommend speaking your mind if it's something you know you should say. It's good to do, but not essential all the time
