Frame of mind goes a long way, and it's a pretty big difference between me having a hilarious bad day and a shitty bad day. Unfortunately it just seems to be a big roll of the dice in regards to how I approach my bad day based on how much is weighing on my mind at the time!
I was somewhat livid when I wrote the post but now things are in order today so water under the bridge. I think the only thing that can ride my temper at any given time is my brother, so I ignore him. Living a mostly stress free life is good except I always have that nagging desire to blow up, but can't seem to focus my aggression enough to let it loose. Or I subconsciously hold back.
On the bright side the evening perked up nicely so my day ended somewhat balanced. Woke up in a neutral mood, ready to do what I can.
