before i conclude my latest endeavor, i am going to explain the subject line:

June 2005 - Almost out of debt. Working 50+ hours a week and paid off two credits cards, working on the last one. Computer gets stolen and I have to buy a new one (psychology summer courses without a computer would just be ridiculous). Drew goes back into debt with a ( Read more... )

damn doors... and oohhhh, I like shout outs like you did in the earlier post, even if you're telling me to shut up. Glad you got in your door. Shouldn't you keep spare insulin on you just in case? like an emergency shot or something? I don't know all this medical jargin... I only watch it on tv.
anyway, miss you! If I had any money I'd send it your way, but I'm as broke as you are and going into debt... damn grad school.

despite the wonders of Television. Diabetes is not an easy disease nor can it be controlled by a watch like in Panic Room...

no but honestly, I would looooove to carry insulin on me. However, the summer heat makes it hard to carry insulin around with me since it's supposed to stay somewhere around 50 degrees Fahrenheit... So it mainly lives in my fridge. insulin can be kept at other levels but even at room temperature, the life of Insulin is more than cut in half. boo.

So, the answer to your question is, yes I can keep spare insulin on me...but only during the fall and spring when temperatures are not at extremes.... love you!
