Have clearly had an excellent Valentine's weekend! Altho the groaning floorboards are a little disconcerting! ;-)

Really don't know -- moving rooms is apparently hard at this point since they have so many long-stay tenants. They are, in general, much more livable-with than before, now that the police and Manager have been to visit.
