A Noble Welcome for a wondering Noble.

I had a lovely time at the Baronial Land Court in Bryn Gwlad yesterday. It was hot, cooler inside the lovely meeting hall at Katherine Fleischer Park in Austin, altho with so many bodies inside it was warmer than I had expected. The inside is beautiful, and made an excellent setting for the Baronial Court.

It really was. The group had the best group feeling I've felt since the 90's in Crosston. And there were many opportunities to be silly ;-)

It went smashingly. The Baron loved reading all the letters, and it was a great deal of fun all 'round. Thank you for your note - I think it turned out well (Did I send you the final version?)

Did you see over on Facebook where I told Cynthia that a woman named Jeanne-Marie came up and mentioned she really loved big, silly hats -- so of course I mentioned Cynthia. The woman *shrieked.* I have withnesses. Our Cynthia, has FanGirls everywhere.

People here talk about her all the time. I got a moment of awe one time just by mentioning that she was part of your house. . .

I once got a moment like that when I mentioned that you were my sister to a person recently relocated from Calontir to the West (this was while you were Queen). "But she's dating our King!"

I thought Duncan was going to explode from trying not to laugh.
