I am one of the lucky ones who is able to listen to music while I do my day job. I loved LaLa, it was an awesome service. Appartently Apple didn't. they bought the site in order to shut it down.

I had never used LaLs, but after reading the comments on the article, sounds like it was pretty cool.

If yer lookin fer a replacement. pandora.com is great (at least I think so) but less of a social site, more about listening
