It says they're both "brushed nickel", but I'm not 100% sure I believe them. I'll have to take a trip to Lowes to find out. Just from browsing their online inventory and the prices, I'm a huge fan already. Fuck Home Depot.

Besides the fact that my sister works at HD, and my dad used to, I have no ties to them...but when I went into the Lowe's around here, it felt more warehouse-ish with less employees. I wandered around lost for a good twenty minutes before I found someone to help me. So boo to Lowes and yay for HD.

Well, around here, even if you do find an employee, which yes, there is an abundance at Home Depot, they never know their ass from their elbow. They wander, so when you find someone, you're most likely to hear "Oh, I don't work in this department." And the search begins again!

I guess there's pros & cons to everything ;o)
