Congrats, Patti! After the fateful way you met, I knew you 2 would end up together!!

If you need a hand with the wedding prep, I'd love to help. I planned our wedding easily because of all the corporate events I've done but it was stressflul. And, like you, I had to do it without a mom or a sister...so I can totally empathize with how all-consuming it can be. Not to sound morbid, but it brought out some hard emotions because I was sad for the people I'd lost but overjoyed to be marrying the love of my life. And you are a good person, so I know you are putting a bi priority on the stuff that's important to your man, your in-laws, etc. It's hard.

Aww, Thank you so much, Kim! Just the offer warms my heart. I truly appreciate it. I find I get overwhelmed at times, and then I find myself overjoyed. It's a roller coaster of sorts. But I suppose that's what makes this whole year exciting and unlike any other time in my life. I just have to learn to roll with the punches. ;o)
