I've been AWOL for quite awhile. It went from "freeze your toes" cold to "boil your blood" hot overnight. The heat has been kicking my butt. One flare after another.

So.....I hope everyone had a great Fourth. (told you it had been awhile)

Sorry to hear you've been having a lot of flare-ups. I hope you're feeling better! The heat and humidity have been miserable here, too.
