Okay, got some good news and some bad news after school. So here's what happened, in narrative form. I got home after school and my dad handed me the mail, said I had a thing from westpoint and one from UMASS Dartmouth. thanks dave. yeah its an okay school but not as good as westpoint. but i will be able to afford the tuition and that's what matters most. that and the social life.

Congratulations on getting into UMass Pat! Although you should have gone to Amherst so we could hang out haha just kidding, congrats tho!

thanks kalyn! You're right, Dartmouth is one of these suitcase campuses where everyone goes home for weekends so I'll probably just cruise around other colleges for parties. wahoo!

Dude don't worry about it. Right now it seems like a really big deal, and it sucks a lot, but once you actually get to college, it doesn't even seem to matter. So don't worry!!!! You have a great time at UMass Dartmouth!!!

Thanks katie jo! Yeah, my dad went to UMD, so it's a good school. I've been there a few times and the general impression was a positive one, so thanks for the words of wisdom. :-)
