Why is it one minute I feel like I have my life in control and the next minute I have no idea where I'm going? I have been so depressed since my car accident. Everything I thought I was doing right seemed to just crumble in front of my face. I find myself crying not knowing the exact reason why but just knowing that I have a reason. I need help...
