The last 3 years in a nut shell... sort of.

July 2005 I moved to Mississippi, later that month Cody left to go back to Cali. He came back to MS Aug. 2005 and we got married on the 17th of that month. I couldnt stand the "country" and made my way back on a long road trip with my mom in Nov of 2005. Cody was injured Nov. 16 2005 and came back to the states I think on the 21st. (His birthday).

look who's back on lj-land!

that's quite a lot you've been through for the last couple of years. the whole thing of trying just one more time is impressive- how many people give it another shot just to see if things can be saved these days. the way i see it, it shows great strength and character.

And it's just as fantastic that after it all you are happy now. that yes, you might have arguments and fights, but the whole feeling of knowing you're not alone on that is always a good relief.

YAY! CONGRATS ON EVERYTHING.

ps. you lucky girl- to be proposed on one knee plus asking your mother! that's every girl's fairy tale dream, I believe. I'm jealous.

Thank you! At times it was hard to face people... the drastic changes arent something that "people" are ery accepting of, but I just tried to think "its MY happiness at stake here" lol.

The proposal.. was PERFECT. We took my dogs to the park, it was a beautiful evening, the dogs were running around happy, we were running around happy with them, I said something like "ahhh, this is awesome, its when Im at my happiest" and he said "yeah i know thats why I waited" and then got on one knee. :) it was perfect!
