Last night made me happy. Change of scenery, good friends, good fire, good drinks... even some good drama. I only say it was good because I had nothing to do with it, and that makes me happy. I even did a "not my drama" dance in the kitchen and sang a little song with it. It's so nice not to be the trouble-maker.

 So it's super cool that I'm sick. I'm really happy about it. But not really at all. Not to mention I drug my ass out of bed at 9:30 this morning and drove out to my parents' house to find that they are not here. So I've been here by myself for over an hour now. This sucks. Been hanging out with ghosts from my past... such a difference in priorities... my main focus is on escaping... they are buying homes and waiting for proposals. I am not trying to imply that I think I am better or worse than them, I just feel out of place in the conversations. It's not that I don't want those things... just not now...
