Final preparations

Well the place is settled, the moving company contacted and a date fixed. Final checks with the landlord and then I will be on my way to Peterborough come the start of January. I can see a load of good in it and some negatives as well. It will be another life change; gosh I seem to have had enough of those in my time! Maybe this one will lead to
