Using the words "stay strong" to you, Paul, so isn't right - because you are made of strength. You know it.

And I have no doubt Jules would kick down a door to get you help if you need it before next Monday. She is made of strength too.

These words are inadequate to what you're both dealing with.

Hoping you get some progress (even baby steps forward) on those symptoms, and your sleep holds together.
