The scans came back inconclusive - not enough bile duct dilation to warrant surgery. They suspect multiple blockages further upstream. The stent is working, but it cannot drain the bile I'm producing fast enough. I'm not in liver failure yet, but it is only a matter of time before my liver cannot cope with the pressure, and then kaboom
