Radiation finished on Tuesday, the last blast of 10. Fatigue continues to be the main side-effect and I spent most of yesterday falling asleep and waking up and falling asleep, oh, until some time around 9:30pm. Hey, Paul - you and yours want anything from Tasmania? Sure, most of it is pretty easily accessed from where you are, but... I dunno... nifty Leatherwood honey? Some of that fine, fine bubbly wine they put in front of Queen Lizzie on that visit of hers a few weeks back? Hand-made chocolates from a little Launceston place that put the best of Haigh's to shame?

If you can think of something that quirks at your fancy or tickles your sense of humour, let me know. Christmas is very cool for kids, and much as I loathe this time of year, I figure that all parents like watching their kids enjoy it. (In fact, I've actually made a goddam chainmail shirt for the younger boy this year. Something like two thousand hand-cut, hand-linked wire rings. Okay, yeah. I'm not entirely sane. But it's gonna be extremely cool watching him put it on for the first time!)
