Today is Workers' Memorial Day - when we are asked to remember all those who are killed in the line of work, and remember the importance of health and safety to all of us who toil. Accountancy isn't so dangerous, but day after day people die on building sites, fishing trawlers, transporting goods or driving forklifts. It is always terrible, but
