 I might be totally unraveling somebody's mind here, but upon seeing this I immediately thought of Sarah and a particular (and, admittedly extraordinarily terrible) fear she once mentioned to the Nuthouse.  It's monumentally fucked on its own, even without past childhood traumas to spice up the sauce.  I totally sympathize, so I'm putting it behind
