Oh, so are you thinking about taking it down entirely for now rather than just putting a freeze on it? :(

I've definitely regretted serializing AUSOS a bunch of times since we started out. orz

It's gotten to the point where, when I finally finish up the first season (...sigh), I'm not sure I want to continue serializing the next season. I wish I'd chosen something less complicated to start with, because it's been baaaaad for my writing process to constantly second-guess myself on this one. Apparently I didn't realize how weird this story would get, LOL. I think there's definitely something to be said about serializing... more digestible material, I guess?

I am thinking about stopping it and finishing it later but not as a serial. I wouldn't remove it as I think it's still a good teaser or something to cycle in less frequently. Should I decide I messed something up (i.e., largely the Swan Queen side) then I might redact some developments.

Had my numbers not really dropped I probably wouldn't have considered it but the best I can grow on book 2 while serializing comes down to new readers for 1. I'm trying to decide if I can pull off an Ava's Demon type work. It's not a paneled webcomic like others but it still is largely considered one because the stories still flow image to image.

The thing is, I think I can really pull in numbers with Sleeping Beauty as an illustrated quasi-comic
