Austin / SXSW day 3
Dave and I had a few important meetings friday at the conference. Some progress was made, but it wasn't all good news. I made it over to "Fuck by Fuck Y'all" and saw several bands. Then I went back into town, had great BBQ and went to see more bands

I saw them at El Corazon once, opening for another band, and didn't have cash on me to buy a CD. When I got online, I discovered that I couldn't order one from them unless I included an extra $50 to cover the international check-cashing fee. I found one on Ebay, bought it, gave it to Eva to use for the covers show she was doing on KUGS, and then someone stole her CDs. Sigh. Someday I'll track down another copy; that band makes me happy.
