Wow it's late.. anyway I thought I'd update as I have a few things to talk/moan about.

I think I've pulled a muscle in my back cause every time I use my left arm a fierce pain appears in my back as if by some evil magic. Hopefully it will heal up now I'm off work. Any idea how long this kinda thing takes? Also today I'm worried I'm coming down with
